A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Stack bubbles, shift them around, speedrun!

An arcade-style falling (rising?) block game made in ten days for the Falling Block Jam 2026.

How to Play

Move the cursor around the playfield with the arrow keys. You can hold the grapple button (Z) to drag blocks around the field with the cursor.

You can also drop new blocks onto the playfield (X) at the same location as your cursor. You can also rotate these blocks before they are dropped (A/S).

Fill a row completely with bubbles to destroy it. Everything in the line will be erased, and the remainders of any partially cleared bubbles will split into temporary 1x1 bubbles. These temporary bubbles can clear more lines in a chain reaction, but will be destroyed when the chain ends.

If your stack gets pushed below the rope at the bottom of the screen, it’s game over! (Be careful not to drag bubbles into it!)

Clear the glowing bubble at the top of each stage to complete it. Each course has a set number of stages that you should try to clear as fast as possible!

Tips and Tricks
- Grey bubbles are static, meaning they are unaffected by gravity and  cannot be moved.
- Large bubbles may be cumbersome to clear, but create beautiful chain reactions.
- Don’t go for line clears as soon as they are available. You may end up in a worse position than if you had shifted things around a bit!
- You can move your cursor into the walls of the playfield in order to drop skinny pieces on the edges of the board (and at no other time).

Install instructions

Windows + MacOS - Download and run the corresponding application for your OS. This is my first time trying to make a MacOS executable out of a Love2D game and it very well might not work, in which case please yell at me. If this fails, see below.

Multiplatform (incl. Linux) - Download Love2D from here, and drag-and-drop the .love file onto the executable. (I'm sorry, davemakes! Making Love2D apps on Linux is complicated! Please don't kill me.)
